I am not a big fan of lotteries either. But at least they are honest. Also they only keep 50% of the ticket price. The racetrack only keeps 17%.

In the game I just watched, Swoopo keeps 82%. The "winner" broke even. Adding up all his bid cost, he paid full retail price for the item. Everyone else lost completely.

At least with the lottery, someone goes home a millionaire.

Even the illegal numbers games only keep 20%-40%. That's better odds than the lottery.

as stated before the rules for these penny auction sites is plainly written on the site. the chance to win this items or items for a small price is the object not how much the site makes from it. many people are just angry because they did not think up this fantastic money making system i for one would love to shake their hand. its no different then the lottery look how much money they make and people lose buying the tickets, but no one complains about all the dollars everyone spent to make that 26 million jackpot. please dont complain just go start one and make someone happy with winning their $32.00 playstation and let the other web masters make their money my 2 cents thanks.
