But at least they are honest. Also they only keep 50% of the ticket price. The racetrack only keeps 17%. In the game I just watched, Swoopo keeps 82%. The "winner" broke even. Adding up all his bid cost, he paid full retail price for the item. Everyone else lost completely. At least with the lottery, someone goes home a millionaire.
