The skinny house in Rockford, IL used to be a nice, friendly little neighborhood store that sold ice cream cones and penny candy. It had a big screen door with a Squirt logo or some such on it. I walked there to get some ice cream with a friend of mine in 1967.

Well the photo is misleading. The building is a triangle, and we are looking at a corner. Here is a google map streetview of the real building in Paris.
<a href="http://maps.google.com/?ie=UTF8&ll=48.841892,2.343231&spn=0,359.996741&t=h&z=19&layer=c&cbll=48.842007,2.343174&panoid=585e6VVhzbAe-S4dmxy47Q&cbp=12,111.17,,0,-12.11&source=embed" rel="nofollow">View Larger Map</a>
This is a dynamic tool that puts you on the street and shows what you can see from there. This is not live, but can still be very useful for home searching. Try dragging the image to see what it can do.

I don't believe the photo captioned "This Paris building is thin but pretty wide." Photoshop I can believe with no trouble, or a movie set, but with no more specific information than what is given, I can't believe it's genuine.
